Crude Bitters & Sodas is owned and operated by our friends Craig and Lindsay. This husband-and-wife team have been hand crafting cocktail bitters and shrub syrup concentrates since 2012. Everything is done in small batches from organic ingredients with no glycerin, chemicals, or dyes and only glass pots or wood barrels are used for the storage and aging of their products.

A delightful balance of rosemary, grapefruit and black peppercorn. The grapefruit brightens, the rosemary aromatizes, and the peppercorn punches. Beautiful in a gin and tonic, devious in a glass of bourbon.

Recipe: Vesper Martini
In a mixing glass with ice add: 
3 oz Dry Gin - we like Conniption Dry
1 oz Vodka
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
6 drops of Crude 'Rizzo' bitters
Stir until perfectly chilled. Strain into a cold coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
