Crude Bitters & Sodas is owned and operated by our friends Craig and Lindsay. This husband-and-wife team have been hand crafting cocktail bitters and shrub syrup concentrates since 2012. Everything is done in small batches from organic ingredients with no glycerin, chemicals, or dyes and only glass pots or wood barrels are used for the storage and aging of their products.

This is Crude's take on a traditional aromatic bitters. The Hibiscus provides a tart and fruitful base while the lavender adds a floral aroma and the oak integration brings depth and strength to balance it all out. 

Recipe: Adonis
1.5 oz Amontillado or Oloroso Sherry
1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth - we like it with De Muller 'Iris' 
Add ingredients to a glass with ice and gently stir until chilled. Add 6-8 drops of Crude 'Bitterless Marraige' to finish and garnish with an orange or lemon peel
