Pray Tell is a one man show out of Willamette Valley, Oregon. Winemaker, Tom Caruso, grew up in Philadelphia making wine with his grandfather, though he did not originally set out to become a winemaker himself. While working as a book editor in New York, he fell in love with the food and wine of the city, and soon changed his career trajectory to focus on wine. Caruso moved out west and after working for many wineries, he started his own project, Pray Tell. Inspired to make a Mondeuse like he never has before, he left the grapes in their whole cluster to bring on grippy tannins, vibrant acidity, and ripe, dark red fruit in this bottle.
