The Dinamo wines are a collaboration between winemakers Danilo Nofrini and Danilo Marcucci of Conestabile della Staffa. Together they have succeded in creating an agricultural program that aims to create pure and natural wines. This project is inspired not only by the historic Umbrian peasant wines the Danilo’s enjoyed as boys but also by the work of Italian physicist Antonio Pacinotti who invented the Dynamo in 1860 – a direct current generator that provides living, renewable, pure and clean energy. ‘Nucleo 1’ is a juicy, tart liter that is meant to be shared, featuring notes of blackberries and pomegranate with uplifting acidity and prominent barnyard earthiness.
