Master Sommelier Greg Harrington walked away from a storied career in some of the finest restaurants in America to become a winemaker. He and his wife Pam moved from NYC to Walla Walla, Washington in 2005 to open Gramercy Cellars, and they’ve never looked back. While Gramercy primarily produces wines from Rhone grapes, Greg couldn’t resist trying his hand at Cabernet Sauvignon in a region where it thrives. The Columbia Valley cuvée is a supremely balanced red wine ideally suited for cellaring if you’d like, but not in need of time if you want it for dinner tonight! Chocolate, raspberry, and mushrooms combine expertly with precise tannins on the finish.
