Made by one of our favorite Cali winemakers, Birk O’Halloran of Iconic Wine, Rockwell started as a project to create small batch Vermouth in America, using only herbs and spices native to our shores. The Classic Sweet has warming spice flavors of cinammon, vanilla, and fig.

Recipe: Rockwell Americano Spritz
1.5 oz Rockwell Sweet Vermouth
1.5 oz Cappelleti or Aperol
Soda Water
Orange peel garnish
In a Hi-ball glass, pour over ice and top with soda water and garnish!
