Jaimee’s career began on the restaurant floor like many notable wine professionals before her, working at San Francisco’s RN74 cultivating her wine knowledge under Rajatt Parr. From there she moved into an assistant winemaker role at Pax Mahle’s winery, host to 6 small wineries, where she began her own endeavors of creating thought provoking and eco-responsible wines. She now works with three French varietals with the ultimate goal of owning her own vineyards one day. Her 2023 Chenin is bright, fresh and minerally on the nose with lots of acid, tangy lemon and a tart, fuzzy texture that is true to the pioneering spirit of California.
