A shared passion for wine united Antonella and Rodrigo Redmont. Captivated by the alluring landscape and rich agricultural history of Loreto Aprutino in Abruzzo, they decided to not just make their home there but plant vineyards as well. Passerina is a rare grape that is indigenous to the coastal part of Central Italy, mainly Marche and a small amount in Abruzzo. Known for large berries and a long ripening period, these grapes are able to develop ripe, focused fruit flavors. These characteristics make great snacks for sparrows, or passero in Italian, to which the grapes are named after. Expect tart orchard fruits, citrus zest, and a crisp, bright palate that makes great company with most food.

Pairings: Stuffed mussels
