Meticulously crafted by Anselmo Tarrio, with the support of his wife, Pura, and their son, Jorge, the wine is sourced from the historic Vina de Louro vineyard, a gently sloping hill surrounded by oak trees and Atlantic pines in Galicia’s Arousa Bay. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on its lees for seven months, it delivers vibrant flavors of ripe peach, lemon, and a hint of salinity. Boal de Arousa Albariño is a wonderful match for fresh seafood or enjoyed as a refreshing aperitif, embodying the maritime influence of its unique terroir.
