If you were to close your eyes for a moment and try to imagine the most beautiful setting possible, it would probably still be as breathtaking as the small town of Cassis. Located in Southern France’s notorious rosé producing region of Provence, the village is surrounded by steep slopes on three sides and on the fourth is a Mediterranean bay which Cassis sits on the edge of. Domaine du Bagnol is a family run estate which is headed up by father-and-son team Jean-Louis and Sébastian Genovesi, who produce this dry rosé with hints of saline and freshly picked strawberries. With only 6,000 bottles allocated to the United States each year, this is a hot commodity that moves fast!
