For three generations, Adami has specialized in producing spumante (fully sparkling) styles of Proseccos in the prestigious Valdobbiadene subzone of the Veneto. Current-generation winemaker Franco Adami is such a valued member of the community that he currently heads the Valdobbiadene Consorzio, which focuses on keeping the wines that come from these steep hillside vineyards at the top of the Prosecco quality ladder.
