The Saveurs du Temps cooperative originated as a partnership between a few small, dedicated growers in 1929. Together, they continue to farm their land traditionally, yet have pooled together to share modern winemaking equipment in their cellars where they craft impressive wines throughout the Languedoc at outstanding values. This classic blend of Syrah and Grenache comes to us from Costières de Nîmes, the most southerly appellation of the Rhone Valley.Plenty of juicy raspberry, blackcurrant, and a touch of spice accompany the smooth tannic structure making this medium-bodied blend the perfect everyday drinker.
