With a degree in agro-industry and oenology, esteemed winemaker Filipe Sevinate Pinto gained experience in and around Portugal by working as an oenology consultant for several years. He joined Quinta de São Sebastião in 2012, and and has since focused on putting the small region of Arruda on the map. Situated just north of Lisbon, it boasts a mild Mediterranean climate, cooled by sea breeze. This label showcases the expressive, fruit-forward, elegant style of the region - expect ripe red fruit and smooth, integrated tannins with cocoa and subtle spice on the finish.
