A shared passion for wine united Antonella and Rodrigo Redmont in 2004. Captivated by Loreto Aprutino’s alluring landscape and rich agricultural history, they decided to not just make their home there, but plant vineyards and a grove of olive trees. They named their project ‘Ilauri’ after the laurel trees that grow in abundance in the area. They expanded their project up to the Veneto with the goal of making a classic Prosecco enjoyable on its own, yet inexpensive enough to mix without regret! This extra dry sparkling wine has just a kiss of sweetness to balance the fresh, zippy acidity. Aromas of lime and white peach lead to a palate with a soft and frothy texture, followed by a clean and refreshing finish.
