Valéry Renaudat is a third-generation winemaker in the Loire Valley with deep roots in Reuilly. His grandfather was one of the first to cultivate Pinot Noir in Reuilly. Growing up in Berry, Valéry would eventually head west to Oregon to work a harvest, while also spending time in Bordeaux and Burgundy under Vincent Girardin. ‘Le P’tit Renaudat’ is his entry-level Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing the delicate florality, citrusy freshness, and fossil-rich minerality that define his wines. With some bâtonnage adding a little texture, it remains light, crisp, and easygoing - a sort of Sancerre-lite expression of Sauvignon Blanc.
