Venta La Vega is basically a Spanish wine supergroup. The project was built by Laura Ramos – one of the co-founders of the acclaimed Envínate project – and Raúl Perez, who should need no introduction (but if you need one, he’s one of the best and most innovative winemakers in the world). They have 850ha of organic vineyards, whose fruit is destined for fresh, elegant, ready-to-drink, fruit-driven bottles. This is all about wild berry fruit, with all the herbaceous and fragrant aromas that come with it, against a touch of well-integrated oak spice.
