Originally a family kept estate, these vineyards blossomed into a full business in 2005 when fifth generation Jean Christophe realized his childhood dream was to share his family’s work. The common goal shared amongst his team is to ensure the continued success of producing terroir driven, complex wines. Handpicked from 30-50 year old vines these grapes were pressed whole cluster and aged in stainless steel and 10% in French Oak. Aromas of green apples, green pears and fresh herbs transition to a bright, thirst-quenching palate of yellow apple skins, lemon, and crushed stone.
