Established in 1887 and maintained by a fifth-generation descendant of César Florido, the bodega is the oldest in Chipiona. Located on the west-facing side of a large cape on the Atlantic Ocean, it’s home to the tallest lighthouse in Spain as shown on the label. Cruz del Mar Oloroso is aged for 12 years in the solera system, the result - ripe plum aromas, caramel notes and with a silky finish.
