‘Cuvee Klaus’ is classified as  Beerenauslese, a rarer style that is made from late harvest noble rot grapes. After 4 hours on the skins this wine is then aged on the yeast lees for 24 months in stainless steel which provides plenty of rich body and complexity. Elegant aromas of honey and peach introduce the powerful and generously sweet palate featuring juicy apricot, lemon, and caramel while harmonious acidity keeps everything in check.
