Situated in the Vallee de la Marne, Jean-Paul uses their 35-acres of vineyards to deftly combine the power and precision of Mareuil Pinot Noir with the elegance of Cote des Blanc Chardonnay. The resulting Premier Cru wines regularly deliver Grand Cru quality, making this wine a perennial insider’s favorite. Loads of green orchard fruit, flowers, and mint on the lifted nose carry through to a silky, well-developed palate that is full of deliciously vibrant fruit, all with an elegant, moussey finish.
