Ermenegildo Giusti comes from a long line of winemakers and launched his own project, Giusti, in the early 2000s on a small 5-acre property. The Dal Col vineyard, owned by his wife’s family since 1945, was the first plot of land Ermenegildo acquired, and the estate has since expanded to 175 acres. The ‘Alla Nostra’ Prosecco is crafted using the Charmat method, which creates lively, frothy bubbles. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe apple, sweet lemon, and orchard blossoms. The palate is fruit-forward and refreshing, with flavors of pear, peach, and a touch of sweetness, all balanced by bright acidity for a crisp, clean finish.
