After nearly a decade of producing wine under their Brick & Mortar label, Matt and Alexis Iaconis created Delta for Environmental Change. This side project was their answer to helping fight climate change through the sales of their sustainably made wines. For every bottle of Delta that is sold, a percentage of profits is donated to organizations that are working against climate change. Since 2018, Matt and Alexis have donated over $40,000 to the Surfrider and Cool Effects foundations. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is naturally made, vegan, and gluten free with notes of cassis, blueberry, and plum that are balanced by notes of eucalyptus, leather, and crushed stone.
