Established in 1887, César Florida is the oldest bodega in Chipiona and maintained by a fifth-generation descendant of the founder. Chipiona is an area dedicated to growing Moscatel- an aromatic grape that ripens to high sugar levels and is an ideal choice for sweeter wines. The addition of this grape in the Cream Cruz del Mar gives it it’s decadent notes of vanilla, spices, and medium sweet finish.
