In the 1960s, Domaine Taupenot-Merme was created when Jean Taupenot and Denise Merme married. Now run by the kids – a brother sister duo, Romain and Virginie Taupenot – the estate operates organically with a hands-off approach to winemaking. This Pinot is silky and structured with aromatics of strawberry and violets, woodsy herbs and black cherry on the palate.
