Ghislaine Barthod learned winemaking from her father, Gaston, who founded their family estate in the late 1920s. Ghislaine has since taken over the operation bringing her own distinct touch to each step of the vinification process. Sourced from the Les Baudes 1er Cru, this wine has an elegant bouquet of dark cherries, bergamot, and forest floor while the palate is mineral-driven and rather restrained.
