Rosé All Day
Regular price $45.00Rosé may be the unofficial official beverage of summer, but it deserves a place at the table year-round. Most new vintages make their debut in April and early May, just in time for warmer weather and sunny days, but the world of rosé is much bigger than patio sipping. Drier styles have grown in popularity over the last few years in the States, as we join the rest of the wine-drinking world in leaving behind the old misconception that all rosés are sweet, somewhere in the crushed White Zinfandel dust.
In this class, you’ll taste five different types of rosé, from the quintessential Provençal style made for classic summer sipping to darker, fuller-bodied styles you can enjoy all year long. We’ll cover how to taste wine, what makes rosé unique, and why it deserves to be more than just a seasonal beverage.
It’s a fun, interactive way to learn a little more about the world of rosé, find a few new favorites, and stock up for the season.
