The Rosner family has been making wine in the Langenlois since 1897. With more than 125 years of experience, perhaps it should not be a surprise to find some seriously good wine humbled called ‘house wine.’ And as it often does when families live on the land they farm, it starts in the vineyard, where the Rosner’s have been farming sustainably for decades and certified organic since 2010. Their Hauswein is a light, fresh, crisp and easy-drinking expression of Grüner Veltliner ideal for sipping as an aperitif on the porch, while also being food-friendly enough to pair with an array of first courses.
