Lillet Rose Aperitif

Region: Podensac, France

Lillet Rosé is made in the same style as the blanc, but features much darker berry fruit components. The rosé was introduced to the Lillet family in 2012, making it the first new Lillet in more than 50 years. The pink hue comes from red fruit liqueurs added in moderation.

Recipe: Reverse Martini
3 oz Lillet Rosé
1 oz Gin
2 dashes Crude 'Fig & Orange' Bitters
Shaken, strained, and served up in a chilled martini glass with an orange peel
