A.A. Badenhorst 'Caperitif' Quinquina

Chenin Blanc fortified, then bittered by Quinchona bark and flavored with 35 truly Cape ingredients -- the kind of stuff that doesn’t grow outside of Africa, such as fynbos, kalmoes and naartjies.  This is a sneaky back bar item for the cocktail fiend.

Recipe: Capertine
1 oz Capertif
1 oz Gin
1 oz Vodka
Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
