Berto 'Extra Secco' Dry Vermouth - 1 Liter

The Quaglia family began making liqueurs and vermouth is 1906 and have stayed standard bearers of the traditional aperitivo. This dry white vermouth is a ‘new school’ spin from the more traditional sweet vermouth loaded with botanical flavors like marjoram, tarragon, ginger, and lavender.

1.5 oz Bérto ‘Extra Secco’
.75 oz Bénédictine
.75 oz Lime juice
Shake, strain, and serve in a chilled coupe glass.
