True to his Vouvray heritage, Vincent Carême is a master of the versatile Chenin Blanc. And like his beloved grape, he found a second home in South Africa. He splits his year running his eponymous winery in France and managing a winemaking operation in South Africa with the help of his wife Tania, who happens to be a South African native. For all his wines, Carême uses natural winemaking techniques like organic farming, minimal sulphuring, even going so far to ensure the wine is vegan! A beautiful expression of Chenin Blanc with vivacious acidity,  ripe apple and lime fruit, and hints of orange blossom.
