The Saveurs du Temps cooperative originated as a partnership between a few small, dedicated growers in 1929. Together, they continue to farm their land traditionally, yet have pooled together to share modern winemaking equipment in their cellars where they craft impressive wines throughout the Languedoc at outstanding values. Here in Southern France, international varietals flourish. The cooperative’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a masterful blend between Old World texture and structure and New World fruit. Blackberry, black currant, and spice dominate a plush palate that finishes with a touch of tannic grip reminiscent of classic left bank Bordeaux.
