Vinoburger Book

As one of the founders of The Raleigh Wine Shop over 7 years ago, author Jeff Bramwell has a history of being in the food and beverage industry. Working in retail he was able to, as we still do now, taste wines from all over the world and learn about new varietals and regions nearly every day. His calling took him past these 4 walls, however, in 2013 when his love of photography, writing, wine, and cooking inspired Vinoburger, the burger and wine pairing cookbook. He worked with importer and friend Jay Murrie to detail unique wine regions from all over the world with a short history and description, all leading up to recipes for delicious burger creations and even some regional side dishes to go along!
