Domaine Saint Remy Pinot Noir is a standout in Alsace, where Pinot Noir is the only red varietal grown of seven main varieties. Pinot Noir is mostly used to make Crémant d’Alsace but as it gains in popularity, more land is being dedicated to grow this varietal.

This wine is rich, structured, and vibrant. With a fruity dimension from notes of cranberries and purple flowers.

What do I like to drink?

I drink a wide variety of wines. I enjoy the journey wine takes you on. I do tend to lean towards the bright, funky, refreshing, higher acid wines- I love tart flavors! My taste buds change seasonally with the weather. In the cooler months, I gravitate towards floral, juicy reds.
