Hailing from 100-year old vines grown in iron rich soil the Herrenberg vineyard has been granted GG status. Christopher Loewen has taken over winemaking from his father Carl and has continued the family tradition of making focused wine. This Kabinett is feather light ringing in at 9% alcohol and enough acidity to offset the off-dry nature of this bottling. Expertly made, finely-tuned Riesling with vibrant acidity and crisp minerality. This wine is such a great representation of classic Mosel wine with clarity, and precision.
