Our award-winning wine and cheese pairing classes are back! In this one-and-a-half-hour class we will try 5 cheeses paired with wines. We’ll walk you through the basics of cheese itself and the styles, pairing wine with food, and understanding the rules of complement & contrast. You’ll also get unique, custom made class material to take home and review at your leisure. This booklet will include more information on how to present a cheese board or charcuterie plate for a crowd and what the best wine and cheese pairings, highlighting the perfect pairs.

Cancellation Policy: Sometimes things come up, and we understand! Please let us know if you need to cancel or change your reservations to another available and listed class at least 48 hours prior to the start of class, and we can change your reservation, or provide a refund if you purchased the class directly from The Raleigh Wine Shop. Within the 48 hour window, please call the shop to let us know, but we cannot guarantee exchange or refund of your reservation.
