Return policy
Returns must be made within 30 days after receiving your item(s), be accompanied by a receipt and can only be applied towards immediate store credit for the original purchase price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns for wine and provisions only accepted for properly stored full to nearly full bottles of flawed or damaged wine and complete to nearly complete packages of provision items.
