'Wine Lovers Thanksgiving'
My favorite holiday of the year is Thanksgiving because it is the quintessential time for two of my favorite things: food and wine. Whether it be friends or family, this time of the year is when you bring out the shining stars to pair with the delicious spread that is Thanksgiving dinner. Falkenstein is a “if you know you know” producer in the Mosel. This Pinot Blanc sparkling is extremely linear and showcases how a Pet-Nat is not always funky. Chardonnay is the best white grape in the world and belongs on all dinner tables. So does Steve Matthiasson. Guiberteau is allocated -- grab a bottle while you can. Red fruit and spicy!
