This cooperative was founded in 1929 in the south of France to bring a few small, dedicated growers together and give them the ability to continue to farm their land traditionally yet have access to modern winemaking equipment. This partnership has allowed them to craft impressive wines at extraordinary prices. The Sauvignon Blanc is classically styled with notes of ripe tropical fruit, fresh citrus, and plenty of bright acidity.
