With the marriage of Jacque Diebolt & Nadia Vallois, two historic local Champagne families became winemakers in addition to grape growers. Wine lovers are the big beneficiaries, as the quality of wine far outpaces the fame of the house, at least for now. The Rosé leans heavily on Pinot  Noir sourced from the family farms in Epernay, and it shows in the strawberries and cream nose and palate. A gentle richness makes this a broadly appealing Champagne for at home sipping with friends, to start the meal, or as the centerpiece of the evening to be paired with the main course.
