'The False Spring'
New Year’s Eve has come and gone and (thermostat be damned) in my heart, spring is here!! Indulge in the Spring Delusion with something bright, juicy, and glouglou: perhaps a Frappato or a Gamay. Soak in the precious afternoon rays with some Pet Nat bubbles that are tart and a little sassy. Dream of lethargic evenings around a bottle of macerated Georgian wine which somehow makes a meal of chips and cheese. And finally, go all out with a beautiful white Maconnais that steps a little off the beaten path. Here’s to the False Spring, may we all find somewhere to be happiest!
