After moving to Paso Robles in 1996, the Cherry family would release its first vintage in 2001. Now, decades later, the label has blossomed and evolved. The beating heart of the family’s viticulture is nestled in the Villa Creek vineyards; farmed organically and biodynamically, this land reflects the connection the Cherry family has had with the land from the very start. Their ‘Rocks and Flowers’reflects the fulfillment of their aspirations, representing not only a vineyard but a place the family has been firmly trellised around. The Grenache-driven bouquet produces elegant aromas of strawberries, roses, and subtle white pepper with a hint of thyme. On the palate, its round, juicy character is complemented by a reverberating acidity, culminating in an earthy finish.
