Mother, businesswoman, and winemaker, Valentina Passalacqua is a force to be reckoned with. She was born and raised in the Apulian countryside, and after years working in the corporate world she chose to return to the land where she spent her childhood to raise her own children and get back to her roots. She is dedicated to living in harmony with nature in order to preserve the terroir adhering to strict biodynamic farming practices and only growing indigenous Apulian varietals. ‘Rosa Terra’ begins with aromas of cherries, red roses, and herbs. A tart and juicy palate with underripe strawberry, raspberry, and pink peppercorn lead to a touch of tannin on the long, clean finish.
