Its terroir-driven essence unfolds on the palate with bone-dry elegance, revealing striking minerality and hints of dried apricots and honey. Le Ragnaie practices strict biodynamic farming, eschewing chemical fertilizers and instead enriching the soil with crops like legumes, clovers, and grasses. All their wines are bottled unfiltered and certified organic. This wine undergoes 5 days of skin contact prior to aging 11 months in concrete, resulting in a radiant golden hue. On the palate, it glides with notes of wild lemon, kumquat, and apricot skin, adding texture to its delicate, saline frame.
