Laurent & Celine each hail from winemaking families in the famed climate of Chablis, but their domain is uniquely their own, coming together in 2005. Using their local connections and knowledge of the region, they pieced together approximately 40 acres of vineyards that they farm in an environmentally friendly, sustainable manner. Their Crémant de Bourgogne is a great value for champagne method bubbles. Light and delicate, this is a great aperitif to get any meal started. Aromas of candied lemon peels and fresh biscotti introduce a vibrant, acid-driven palate with plenty of acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
