Lying on the right bank of the Southern Rhone, Tavel’s vineyards date back to the Ancient Greeks and 5th Century B.C. Thanks to Louis XIV’s praises of Tavel’s delicious and memorable rosé, the region gained notoriety and eventually became one the rare appellations exclusively dedicated to rosé. Trinquevedel’s Grenache based blend is deep ruby pink in color due to prolonged skin contact. Dry and loaded with aromas of strawberry, rhubarb and a hint of citrus, the robust palate finishes elegantly with a lingering minerality. This is a unique rosé to be drank on any occassion throughout the year!
