Care is a Spanish winery where the human face is interpreted through its wines from a pictorial, design, and contemporary art perspective. At the same time, it refers to the care and respect they pay to the vineyards and all their wines. The ‘Sobre Lias’ blanco is pale in color with youthful green reflections. The nose is fresh and perfumed, with intense aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus fruits. The palate is approachable with some a lush texture and a touch of creaminess due to the two months it spends on lees. The fruit remains present and is in balance with nice acidity, making for a well-structured easy to drink wine.
