This blend of indigenous white grapes is meticulously crafted with organically farmed, slightly raisinated fruit. After destemming, the grapes undergo natural fermentation in open vats with a brief, three-day maceration in stainless steel tanks. This process imbues ‘Basina’ with perfumed aromatics and a lush texture without adding any color. Discover aromas reminiscent of a garden after it rains and a medium-bodied palate that delivers notes of citrus zest, ripe pear, lemongrass, and a rocky, mineral-driven finish.
