Domaine Bott Frères, established by Philippe Louis Bott in 1835, represents nearly two centuries of winemaking expertise. Located in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, the estate is a testament to the union of a passionate family and an exceptional terroir, passed down from generation to generation. Today, Paul Bott is the 7th generation to uphold the family tradition, supported by a small team of eight. Their Edelzwicker, a ‘noble blend,’ is aromatic and fruit-forward, showcasing notes of mandarin orange, peach, and wildflowers. The wine has a round, lush texture with a touch of sweetness on the finish, balanced by vibrant acidity and flinty minerality that highlights its Alsatian roots.
