Refosco, also known as Cagnina, is a dark-skinned grape varietal indigenous to the Emilia-Romagna region in Northeastern Italy. The region has been producing wines with Refosco since the 13th century and has mastered the expression of sweet blackberry, red raspberry and cherry aromas and flavors. Adesso’s ‘Dolce’ is moderately low in alcohol, smooth and pleasing on the palate and easy to drink.The ‘Dolce’ refers to the wine’s sweetness and ‘Adesso’ means ‘now’ in reference to its readiness to enjoy!
